Shipping is free of charge for all US online orders. Once the order is ready it will be sent by Priority Overnight shipping with FedEx. Delivery takes between 5 – 20 days. This is because each piece of De Beers Forevermark diamond jewelry is hand-crafted, and some pieces may take longer than others. The estimated shipping time will be confirmed when your order is placed, and you will receive e-mail alerts advising when your package will be delivered, complete with tracking information.

You must be a United States resident and 18 years or older to place an order and purchase products or services through our website. Our website is solely for the promotion of our products or services in the United States. Unfortunately, we do not accept orders from, or deliver to, addresses outside the United States. Unfortunately, we don’t provide online purchases and shipment in other markets at this time. Customers can only make online purchases in the US and have their diamond jewelry shipped to a US address.

Total De Beers Forevermark Carat Weight refers to the carat weight of the inscribed De Beers Forevermark diamonds within a piece of jewelry. However, some designs may contain diamonds that are too small to be inscribed as De Beers Forevermark diamonds, therefore the carat weight of these smaller diamonds may be added to Total De Beers Forevermark Carat Weight to get the Total Carat Weight.

Yes, in-store pick up from an Authorized De Beers Forevermark Jeweller is available in the US. Upon check-out, you will be presented with the option to use our In-store Pick up Service at an Authorized De Beers Forevermark Jeweller of your choice. Your order will be delivered to the Jeweller for your collection.

De Beers Forevermark online purchase orders will be delivered in a durable, non-branded, plain white box with a FedEx packaging label. Inside, you will find your De Beers Forevermark purchase in a beautiful white De Beers Forevermark box with a black velvet interior.

Please refer to your order confirmation email, this contains your tracking information. The estimated delivery date will be confirmed when your order is placed, and you will receive e-mail alert updates.

You cannot cancel an order once it’s been placed. We would suggest you get in contact with us to find out the possible options regarding your purchase.

In order to receive a full refund, please return the unworn product in its original condition, inside the original packing and with all the original documents, including the inscription card and grading report, within 30 days of your delivery date. If you used our In-store Pickup service at an Authorized De Beers Forevermark Jeweller, you must return your unworn item to the same store.

The standard 4Cs refer to a diamond’s Cut, Color, Clarity and Carat weight. These help in the grading or assessment of the quality of the diamond in question, and as such play a part in the valuation of the stone too. At De Beers Forevermark we believe this is just the beginning and that there is much more to a diamond than just these four traits, we go beyond the 4Cs to ensure only the world’s most beautiful diamonds can become De Beers Forevermark.

Each De Beers Forevermark diamond above 0.10 carat is inscribed with the De Beers Forevermark icon and a unique identification number. They are also accompanied by a De Beers Forevermark Diamond Identification Card that includes verification of each diamond’s shape, carat weight and unique inscription number – the number that identifies the diamond to be unique.

If you are interested in viewing the inscription number on your De Beers Forevermark diamonds, you can bring your diamonds into your local Authorized De Beers Forevermark Jeweler and request to view the inscription number with the De Beers Forevermark Viewer.

De Beers Forevermark diamonds of 0.50 carat and above come with a grading report. The report contains detailed information on the diamond’s cut, clarity, color and carat weight. You can download a PDF copy of your Grading Report after you have registered your diamond on our website.

Every De Beers Forevermark diamond is also accompanied by a Diamond ID Card, which includes verification of each diamond’s shape, carat weight and unique inscription number.

While diamonds are the hardest natural material known to man, it doesn’t mean they don’t need taking care of. When not being worn, we recommend you keep your diamond jewelry in a jewelry box or soft cloth pouch in a dry, cool and secure location. We also recommend taking out adequate insurance to cover you against loss or theft. It’s also worth noting that your diamond jewelry can easily become exposed to harsh chemicals or abrasive solutions. Whether it is wearing perfume, applying sunscreen, washing up, or simply using hairspray, these chemicals can erode or dull metal settings. It is often best to remove your jewelry when applying these items.

When taking off a ring you should always remove it by its band, not by the diamond or the setting. This will help to keep the diamond secure in its setting as well as preventing natural oils from your hands building up around the diamond.

De Beers Forevermark provides a complimentary lifetime warranty on all jewelry purchased directly from us either online or in-store from a De Beers Forevermark Authorized Jeweler in the USA. All De Beers Forevermark jewelry covered under this warranty must have a corresponding FMPC number. If you believe your piece has a manufacturer defect you may contact our Client Service team for an inspection of the piece. Once received, De Beers Forevermark will inspect the piece and determine if damage is covered under our warranty policy. We will repair the piece, or if necessary, replace it in part or in entirety. It is De Beers Forevermark’s sole decision whether to repair or replace. Forevermark legacy product and 3rd party manufactured product are not included in our warranty.

Customer will need to provide proof of purchase from Forevermark.com or an Authorized De Beers Forevermark Jeweler. DeBeers Forevermark will only accept a receipt from De Beers Forevermark or an authorized De Beers Forevermark Jeweler as proof of purchase. The piece being reviewed will need to match the FMPC as well as diamond inscription if appliable.

Please note that the warranty provided by De Beers Forevermark does not cover faults caused by:

- general wear and tear;

- accidental loss or damage;

- deliberate damage, misuse, or neglect; or

- repairs or attempted repairs not carried out by De Beers Forevermark.

The warranty detailed above gives you additional benefits and does not affect your existing legal rights as a consumer, which may vary from country to country.

Given the preciousness and high value of your De Beers Forevermark jewelry, we recommend that you take out adequate insurance to protect against theft or loss of your piece. If you believe your De Beers Forevermark diamond has been stolen, we recommend contacting your local police station. De Beers Forevermark does not directly offer a tracking service, although if you have registered your diamond with us this may help in terms of proof or purchase or identification.

We recommend that you take your jewelry to your Authorized De Beers Forevermark Jeweler for professional cleaning once every six months. The jeweler can also inspect your ring for any weakness or trauma, making sure that the diamond remains safe in its setting.

In between professional cleans you can clean your diamond jewelry yourself by simply using hot soapy water and gently brushing it using a soft-bristle toothbrush. Alternatively, you could use a solution of one-part ammonia to six-parts warm water, rinsing well to renew the sparkle. Shop-bought, non-abrasive jewelry cleaners are also another option to clean your diamond. Make sure the cleaner is safe to use on your jewelry metal, as well as on the diamond itself. After cleaning, rub gently with a soft cloth to accentuate your diamonds shine.
